  •  Guest kindly asked to provide full details of his/her travel flight including (date and time of arrival and departure, arrival and departure destinations, travel airline operator, arrival, and departure flight numbers). The guest is also asked to notify as soon as possible if any change occurred at his/her flight details.
  • Guide/driver will be waiting not more than 2 hours at the airport for the meeting and great service. The guest is kindly asked to notify our team in case of any change occurs at the arrival time or in case arrival will be delay more than 2 hours.
  • Single entry Oman visit visa is 5 OMR each and 3.5 OMR UAE exit fee need to be paid on the border.
  • The passport of all participants must be valid for more than 90 days from the travel date.
  • If you are traveling with your own vehicle, you must carry a vehicle registration card (Mulika) and vehicle insurance to cross the border.
  • All booking needs to be done at least 1 days prior to arrival to the end destination. Guest is kindly asked to notify our team in case welling to do urgent reservation.
  • All timing and periods specified at the tour itinerary and tour details might be a little change or vary upon the traffic jam or number of crowds present in the tourist sites specified in the program.
  • The guest must abide by the terms and conditions of tour operator and the captain's instructions.
  • The trip may be cancelled if there are any reasons related to the weather, and the customer will be notified of that, and the money will be refunded.
  • Infants up to less than 2 years old will be free of charge. Children from 2 year to less than 12 years old will be with extra charge upon each package.
